Website Terms

Terms

Last updated: July 29, 2026

These Terms govern use of the AdiAstra public website, consultation intake, public samples, and related service conversations.

Using this website

These Terms apply to the AdiAstra public website, consultation intake, public samples, and related service conversations.

By using the site or submitting an intake, you agree to use the site lawfully and only for business, professional, or informational purposes.

No client relationship from public intake

Submitting a consultation request, emailing us, or discussing a workflow does not by itself create a client relationship, partnership, fiduciary duty, or obligation for AdiAstra to provide services.

A paid engagement begins only when both sides agree to written terms such as a statement of work, order form, master services agreement, data protection agreement, or other written agreement.

Initial consultation scope

The initial consultation helps both sides decide whether an operational audit, controlled implementation, simpler process change, or no build at all may be useful.

Public intake is not a production AI system, secure client workspace, legal intake channel, compliance certification, or emergency support channel.

Do not submit sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, credentials, regulated data, private client records, medical information, financial account details, trade secrets, confidential third-party documents, or production data through the public website or public intake form.

Sensitive information should be shared only after a written scope, approved channel, access rules, and data boundaries are in place.

AI outputs and human review

AdiAstra designs AI-assisted systems around human judgment, approval, evidence, and audit trails.

Any AI-assisted drafts, summaries, recommendations, or analyses provided during discovery are for evaluation and discussion. They should be reviewed by qualified humans before any consequential business, legal, financial, medical, compliance, employment, or operational decision.

Public demos and samples are illustrative and do not represent live client systems, guaranteed outcomes, or professional advice.

No professional advice

The website and discovery materials are informational. They do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, security, compliance, employment, or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for obtaining advice from qualified professionals before relying on any workflow, governance, compliance, security, or operational recommendation in a regulated or high-stakes context.

Services and separate agreements

Any paid operational audit, controlled implementation, ongoing improvement, or advisory work should be covered by a separate written agreement.

That written agreement should define scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, responsibilities, confidentiality, data handling, approved tools, review and approval paths, termination, and any service-specific terms.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms for a paid engagement, the written agreement controls for that engagement.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you choose to submit.

You must have the right to share any business context, workflow descriptions, documents, or other information you provide.

You may not use the site to submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, confidential third-party, or malicious content.

Intellectual property

AdiAstra owns or licenses the website, brand, public copy, designs, samples, methods, and related materials unless otherwise stated.

You may view and share public pages for evaluation purposes, but you may not copy, resell, scrape, misrepresent, or create a competing service from our materials without permission.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give AdiAstra permission to use submitted information to respond to you, evaluate fit, prepare discovery materials, operate the intake process, and provide agreed services.

Samples, standards, and public claims

Public samples are examples designed to show method and shape. They are not customer results, benchmarks, warranties, or promises of future performance.

References to governance frameworks, standards, or responsible AI resources describe design alignment and operating discipline. They do not mean AdiAstra is certified, accredited, or endorsed by those organizations unless we state that explicitly.

Third-party services

The website may rely on third-party hosting, email, workflow, security, analytics, or AI infrastructure. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Links to third-party sites or resources are provided for convenience and do not mean AdiAstra controls or endorses those resources.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the public website, intake form, samples, or content at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date shows when these Terms were most recently revised.

Disclaimers

The public website, intake form, samples, and discovery materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdiAstra disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and any guarantee that a workflow, recommendation, or AI-assisted output will produce a particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdiAstra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the public website, intake form, samples, or discovery materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing terms for disputes

Before bringing a formal claim related to the public website or intake process, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

For paid work, the governing law, venue, dispute process, and liability terms should be defined in the separate written agreement for that engagement.
